简介:
汪超,在读博士,2016年获得中科院上海硅酸盐研究所硕士学位,目前在复旦大学微电子学院从事铁电存储器的设计开发研究工作:非挥发性存储器设计研究、铁电畴壁物理特性的研究及其在存储器件集成技术研究。部分论文:
